CHECK IN TIME after 3:00 P.M.

• All cottages reserved by the week (Saturday thru Saturday). June 23 thru August 11 
• Payment is due upon arrival.
• A three-day minimum reservation is required on all cottages in off-season. Fill-ins will be the only exception to policy. An additional $20.00 Short Stay Fee will be charged for stay less than 3 days.
• Pre-payment per cottage required (no credit cards). 
  Off-Season $100.00 Small and $150.00 Large ~ InSeason:  $275.00 Small and $375.00 Large
• Deposit must be received within 7 days of booking of reservation or reservation will be cancelled.
• No deposit returned on any cancellation less than 45 days, unless reservation is completely filled.
• A $50.00 service fee will be charged on all deposits returned.
• NO REFUNDS for early departures, all days of reservation will be charged to you, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• NO PETS, TENTS, CAMPERS, MOTOR HOMES OR FIREWORKS ALLOWED!
• VISITORS of a registered guest will be LIMITED and MAY NOT use any resort facilities.
• Young ones under 24 months of age are free.
• Off-Season: 14' boat & motor (fuel & oil not included) $30.00 per day
• "ALL" CABINS AND BUILDINGS ARE NON SMOKING. Smoking outside is not a problem. Smoking is permitted (at this time) on the dock when conditions are safe and it does not inconvenience others. Your compliance will be expected and very much appreciated.

  THE FOLLOWING HAVE BEEN THE MOST ASKED ABOUT CONCERNS IN TAKING A LAKE RESORT VACATION. WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER OR EXPLAIN ANY ADDITIONAL CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE. WE WANT A HAPPY GUEST NO PETS ALLOWED

• All of our cottages are FACING THE LAKE within 150 FT. TO 200 FT. TO THE WATER. Offering open-water lake-view and fantastic sunsets. We are one of the CLOSEST RESORTS TO THE WATER.
• All cottages are TOTAL ELECTRIC, heated and air-conditioned one-story duplexes.
• All cottages have COVERED PORCHES with lounge chairs to relax out of the sun and/or rain. 
• All doors and windows are SCREENED for the open fresh air.
• All cottages are equipped with firm mattresses. At least 1 each queen bed & combinations of one or more twin or double beds, remote cable color television, 14 ft auto/defrost refrigerators, toaster, sturdy table and chairs; complete set of dishes, coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, linens, towels, “Old Smokey” charcoal barbecue grill, microwave, built-in range (no ovens or auto/dishwashers).
• LAWN SWINGS and PICNIC TABLES are also provided.
• Recreation facilities include a large 43FT X 19FT OVAL IN GROUND POOL (no pool slide or diving board), commercial grade swings, slide and gym set. Hopscotch, horseshoes and shuffleboard.

• Our DOCK are all steel, 14 separate stalls total (8 each. 9'3" x 24') (3 each 10' x 24') & (3 each 11' x 30') and well lighted and covered.  Electric outlets are installed at each boat stall.  A swim platform with ladder is at the end of each dock.
• Our Concrete boat LAUNCH RAMP is 16ft wide x 150ft long. The ramp has a gentle slope of only 8 degrees into water.  Ample trailer parking is available. A circle drive to the water is also provided.
• Our well water is chlorinated, charcoal filtered and softened for your protection and comfort. It is state tested and approved.
• Our facilities are continually being upgraded, well maintained and clean throughout. Our grass is cut, our trees trimmed, our floors sanitized, our grounds picked up, your trash picked up and cottages aired out and sprayed against those pesky intruders.
• Our office/ store offers a limited variety of, bait, fishing tackle, toiletries and souvenirs.  We have ice, pop, candy and ice cream. We also sell fishing licenses, maps, show tickets, charcoal & misc. items. (No alcoholic beverages or cigarettes sold)
• The swimming pool is open only from Memorial Day through Labor Day
